Terms of service
Plain-language rules for using llmcloudhub.com and the public JSON API.
1. Who runs this site
LLM Cloud Hub is operated by the entity listed in the Imprint. By using this site or its API, you agree to these terms.
2. What this site is
A directory and comparison tool for third-party LLM API providers. We aggregate publicly available pricing and capability metadata, run cost calculations, and offer recommendations. We are not affiliated with any of the listed providers unless explicitly stated. We do not host or proxy LLM inference; we route you to the provider for that.
3. Pricing accuracy
Provider pricing is sourced nightly from the publicly available OpenRouter catalog endpoint. We make every reasonable effort to keep this current, but pricing changes happen out-of-band and our snapshot may lag the provider's authoritative price by up to 24 hours. Always confirm current pricing on the provider's own page before you commit to a budget. See the disclaimer for full detail.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other users (the public API is rate-limited per IP)
- republish data from the API without the attribution required by the
X-Attributionresponse header - misrepresent yourself as us or as one of the providers we list
- use the site to violate the laws of your or our jurisdiction
5. Public API
The /api/v1/* endpoints are free for any use, including commercial,
so long as you (a) keep within the per-IP rate limit and (b) include attribution to llmcloudhub.com
in any UI that surfaces the data. The data is provided as-is; see §6.
6. No warranty
The site, the API, and all data are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the data, or the providers we link to.
7. Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links to providers may include a referral / affiliate identifier. When that's the case, clicking through and signing up may result in compensation to the operator at no additional cost to you. This compensation does not influence which providers appear in our catalog or how they're ranked — the catalog is sourced from OpenRouter's public endpoint and ranked by your supplied workload + filters.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below tracks the last revision; continued use after a revision indicates acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence as listed in the imprint. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of the user's country are not affected.
